These terms govern your use of NCOPST Data’s website and services. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Service

NCOPST Data provides a platform to purchase mobile data bundles for supported Ghana networks. We are not affiliated with MTN, AirtelTigo, or Telecel. Bundle fulfilment depends on operator systems and may be delayed during outages or maintenance.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate information, especially the beneficiary mobile number. You are responsible for verifying the number before confirming an order.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵) unless stated otherwise. We may change listed prices; the price at checkout applies. Payment must be authorised before fulfilment begins.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders (for example, for fraud prevention). You will receive communications or status updates as described on the site.

5. Fulfilment

Data is delivered to the beneficiary number you submit. Wrong numbers may result in loss of value; see our refund policy for limited remedies where applicable.

6. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data in bulk without permission, or use the service for unlawful activity.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for operator-side failures beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
